Initiate Your Request
Log in to your ALM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the electronic device in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure full credit eligibility.
Ship to ALM
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
